INUNDER RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At INUNDER, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Claim Period

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the order. Requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

A return will only be accepted if the article received is damaged or defective, or if the article received is different from the article ordered.

Product Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the article must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered. All original tags and packaging must remain intact. The Order ID or invoice must be provided. Every returned product will be inspected before approval.

Non-Returnable Reasons

Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to an incorrect size selected by the customer, colour choice or colour preference, change of mind, the customer not liking the product, or minor colour differences caused by lighting, photography or screen settings.

Colour Availability

We always try to send the selected colour. However, if the selected colour is unavailable, the same article may be dispatched in another available colour. A different colour of the same article will not qualify for a return or refund.

Exchanges

Size or colour concerns may only be considered for an exchange, subject to stock availability and product inspection. They will not qualify for a return or refund.

Delivery Charges & Taxes

For every approved return or exchange, the customer must pay the delivery charges for both sides. Return courier charges and replacement delivery charges, along with all applicable taxes, payment charges and other fees, will be paid by the customer. All delivery charges, taxes and fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Refunds are only available for approved returns involving a damaged, defective or incorrect article. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the approved refund will be processed within 7 working days. Applicable delivery charges, taxes and payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
