# Return & Exchange Policy

At INUNDER, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, you may do so within *5 days* of receiving your order under the following conditions:

* All tags and original packaging must be intact.
* Items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged.
* Proof of purchase must be provided.

We accept returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please note:

* The amount considered for refunds or exchanges will be the same as the purchase price at the time of order.
* Customers are responsible for delivery charges in both refund and exchange cases.
* Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund or exchange within *7 working days*.
